SJR 4 – Constitutional Right to Hunt & Fish

Remember how the Constitutional Amendment banning gay marriage was the most important thing ever and yet the House Republicans were in no hurry to move on the issue? Well, I’m happy to report that the Constitutional Right to Hunt & Fish is full speed ahead. It came out of committee and is scheduled for Second Reading on January 24, 2005.
