2008 Democratic Convention Watch has the delegate count as follows:
Obama 1729, Clinton 1595 with a total of 2,024 needed to win. There are 408 pledged delegates that remain outstanding. If Obama gets 1/2 of the remaining pledged delegates, that brings him to a total of 1,933, meaning he needs to get about 91 of the 296 superdelegates that remain uncommitted. So, Obama needs 50% of the remaining pledged delegates and 30% of the remaining superdelegates to win the nomination.

Ok.. so what is the prediction for Indiana? What will Hillary coming to town do to Tippecanoe County’s numbers?
drjune says
Indiana, you could be the deciding factor in McCain winning the presidency. The Obama’s are to controversial to beat McCain. What has come out with the Rev. Wright is the tip of the iceberg. http://www.dontvoteobama.net public records on why the Obama’s, Michelle as well, can’t win. Hillary has been tested for 35 years and we know what’s in her closet. We cannot risk the election to keep our ego’s satisfied!! Vote Hillary and lets take our country back. Haven’t enough jobs, homes, lives been lost already? Vote Hillary

drjune you are right on! Hillary is the only one that has been abe to address the issues the past few days due to personal problems. I think this is exactly how an Obama presidency would be. I seen headlines in the paper last night, “Obama caught cheating on Michelle.” We americans have got to focus on how to solve the problems that are causing home foreclosurers, a depression is eminate, the war in Iraq is costing billions that we don’t have to give away anymore. Hoosiers get out and vote Hillary. I agree she is the only one that can beat McCain.

This is awesome. “drjune” and “Allen” have the exact same IP address. What’s even better is that “Allen’s” post that starts “drjune you are right on!” came through before “drjune”‘s message was approved — it was still caught in my spam filter and not yet visible.
This reflects very positively on your candidate of choice, the perceived integrity of whom has been a problem.

So what? We work together and have simular views. Grow up. this is america!!

“They’ve” been to the Wilson E. Allen School of Blogging Self-Justification.

What does that have to do with double posting?
In any case, I think you underestimate how much moderates can’t stand Hilary. My wife and I still are undecided on McCain / Obama, and we voted Bush both times. However, in Clinton / Obama, there is -0- doubt that we would both vote McCain.
Oddly enough, this is the views of my group of movie buddies. I’d say one is more moderate then I am, one is left of center, and the other is so far left that he think the Democratic Party is mostly conservitive. We don’t think alike on much of anything, but it is funny how we all agree that there is no way we’d vote for Hilary Clinton. The two “D” voters in the group would vote Obama over McCain, but would NOT vote Clinton.
