HB 1073, introduced by Rep. Frizzell would allow pharmacists to administer any immunization recommended by the Centers for Disease Control where current law specifies only flu shots; and give the shots to kids as young as nine years old where current law has an age cut off of fourteen.
Sounds good to me. But, then, the whole of my medical training consists pretty much of wiping my kids’ runny noses and seven years of giving my diabetic dog insulin shots.
