Supreme Court Federalism Cases

Jon Kuhl, writing for “The Thicket” at State Legislatures has a post entitled Supreme Court Takes on Federalism Cases: Big Impact on States. He identifies three U.S. Supreme Court cases with a federalism angle: One is the 800 lb gorilla, a challenge to the Affordable Care Act; one is a challenge to Arizona’s illegal immigration law; and one is a challenge to a Texas redistricting plan that allegedly undermines the voting rights of Latinos and African Americans.
