Just stumbled across a blog with a name as fun as it is descriptive:
Sweet Jesus I Hate Chris Matthews.
Matthews showed spurts of lucidity in the run up to the Iraq War, opining that Iraq wasn’t a threat and wasn’t worth invading. But, in general, he is a giant ball of gasbaggery.
He’s got Bush Derangement Syndrome.
I thought he was fairly sane during impeachment, which is when I first started watching him. He wasn’t a total ass like, say, Geraldo. For a Democrat, he was obviously disgusted with what Slick Willey did with Monica, he understood the gravity of it. At least that’s what I thought at the time.
I came across this site last night and just had to visit as well. He’s been a little insane lately, don’t you think?

By the way, Ben, aren’t you in danger of throwing up all over the keyboard if you’re not in bed resting? I think Lisa should be bringing you chicken noodle soup and making sure that your remote is within reach.

I actually am getting to like Matthews more. He seems far less annoying of a motormouth than did even six months ago. Olbermann, though, is a hoot and worth watching.
