Don’t poop on your probation officer. That’s not just a good idea. It’s the law! Or, it will be if House Bill 1038 continues to progress. That legislation makes batter by body waste a Class D felony if committed on a probation officer, firefighter, or first responder. It’s already the law with respect to other law enforcement officers or corrections officers. Passed the House 93-0.

Between this and the beastiality bill, I’m wondering what the hell is going on in Indiana that we need laws to actually outlaw this stuff…

The free ride is *over* for people who want to fornicate with their animals and then express their displeasure with the legal system by flinging their feces at their probation officers.

Shouldn’t this be a Class D felony no matter who you poop on (or at, or whatever)?
I’d hate to think that someone could do this to me with impunity (legal impunity, at least).

Good point Parker. And why isn’t Bait and Switch Mitch and his crony Brinegar at the Chamber of Commerce facing charges for taking a huge dump/DST-Eastern time on us all?
