Rep. Reske has introduced HB 1039 which adds nanotechnology (the study of manipulating matter on an atomic and molecular scale) as an appropriate subject of grants and loans from the twenty-first century research and technology fund. It also exempts nanotechnology equipment from personal property taxes.
To me, the most valuable aspect of this blog is exactly this — a go-to place for keeping up with what’s being proposed in the legislature, some salient comments from you to help me see the rationale behind it, and comments from others with important views on the subjects.
