This appears to be a poll taken at the request of Baron Hill, so a grain of salt may be required, but according to ElaineinIN over at DailyKos:

I’m a little surprised that the Bush approval rating in the 9th District is as high as 48% when it’s at about 36% nationally, but that’s pretty good news for Baron Hill, presuming he can get past his primary challenger Gretchen Clearwater.
