Indiana gets out-negotiated by Kentucky on bridge deal

The upshot: Indiana got out-negotiated on the Ohio bridge deal by Kentucky, giving away, in effect, between $850 million to $1.7 billion, depending how you count it. The shame of such a thing outweighs even the financial burden.
