Plogress: Very Cool! - A Citizen's Guide to Indiana

Thanks to kemplog for the heads up. Tom Kemp has pointed the way to a very cool looking site called Plogress. He has a program that apparently scans Congress’s Thomas website and allows you to browse your legislator’s activity as it shows up there. For example, the entry for Rep. Steve Buyer shows that he has:

Called for the resignation for Kofi Annan;

Sponsored H.R. 2046 to limit premium increases on service members.

Co-sponsored H.R.748 preventing transportation of minors across state lines to circumvent abortion laws.

Co-sponsored H.R. 800 limiting liability for gun manufacturers.

Co-sponsored H.R. 997 to establish English as the official language of the United States.
