Patronizing a prostitute is fine, sir, but you made an unlawful proposition
Sen. Bray introduced SB 100 which changes the name of the crime of “patronizing a prostitute” to “making an unlawful proposition.” I’m unclear on the utility of this bill, but you can reach Sen. Bray at 800-382-9467 if you have opinions.
