SB 193 – Financial Disclosure for Local Office Candidates

SB 193 concerning financial disclosures by local candidates passed out of committee. Candidates for local offices (not including judicial, for purposes of this legislation) are required to file with their declaration of candidacy a financial disclosure that includes for the candidate and the candidate’s spouse, the name of their employers as well as any corporations or partnerships of which they were partners, directors, or officers.
