I don’t have the official result yet, but we finished the Shamrock Run. I don’t have the official results yet, but I think I finished 10 5 miles in something like 51 minutes. My wife, Amy, and I went down to Indy where we ran in the race with her sister Suzie and her friend Leslie. Amy & I’s first race. Fun.
Good going Doug, I have ran in a few 5K and 10K runs, although it has been several years ago. I try to alternate weight lifting and cardiovascular workouts, it seems to help. Sorry for the typos on last night’s post. I meant to say Democrats, not Democtrats, and necessary, not necesarry. Guess I was too tired and grumpy from the time change and testifying this week for a client who sustained damages from lost revenues. (Wish the trial wouldn’t have been during tax season, but that’s life I guess). It gives a whole new appreciation for those folks in DUBIOUS county. Thank goodness for spell checkers and good secretaries.
