The South Bend Tribune is reporting that Juan Manigault will be leading Luke Puckett’s efforts to unseat Joe Donnelly in Indiana’s Second Congressional District. Manigault unsuccessfully attempted to unseat South Bend mayor Stephen Luecke in 2007. I hadn’t realized that Luecke’s margin over Manigault had been so large: almost 2/3 of the votes.

Manigault concedes that this is a tough year (presumably for Republicans), but says that IN-02 is a winnable district.
